Delivery & Timeframes
How long will it take to receive my order? Plus

In France, Belgium, Switzerland or Luxembourg, your order will arrive within 4 to 6 working days after validation of your payment.

Estimated delivery times are indicated at the time of ordering.

What is the delivery policy? Plus

Delivery is considered complete when the package is handed over to the Customer. It is recommended to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to note any damage, or even refuse the package, if any damage is observed.

In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days, you can cancel the order and will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of your request.

How can I track my order? Plus

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real time.

You can also check the status of your order from your member area.

Delivery costs €9.20 for all orders without a subscription.

How do I get free delivery? Plus

To benefit from free delivery on all your orders, subscribe to our Advantage+ subscription at €44.75/month.

This subscription also includes a 50% discount on all our products and many other benefits!

Returns & Exchanges
How do I make a return or exchange? Plus

You have 30 days after receipt to request a return or exchange. Simply contact us by email to receive the procedure to follow.

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, or an error on our part, returns are free . Please send us a photo and/or video by email so that our customer service team can contact you and facilitate the return of the product in question.

Who pays the return shipping costs? Plus

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product
  • Our mistake (wrong product sent)
  • Item does not match the description

In these cases, the return is completely free and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

What is the refund timeframe? Plus

Once we have received and verified your return, we will process the refund within 14 working days .

The refund will be issued via the original payment method. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

How can I know if my order has been successfully registered? Plus

Once your order is placed, you will be redirected to a confirmation page containing your order number.

You will also receive a confirmation email within 60 minutes of your purchase. Remember to check your spam folder!

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with the tracking number.

What payment methods are accepted? Plus

Product prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is accepted exclusively by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) via a secure platform.

No other payment methods are permitted. ASMIND SRL never accesses customers' bank details and accepts no responsibility in the event of fraudulent use.

Is the payment secure? Plus

Yes, absolutely! All payments are processed via a secure PCI-DSS certified platform .

Your bank details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. We never see your full bank card information.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Plus

Once the order is validated, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for preparation.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us promptly by email or telephone. We will do our best to intervene before shipment.

Once the package has been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return procedure.

What is the process for subscribing to a Subscription? Plus

To subscribe, the customer must purchase the Advantage+ product.

To subscribe to our Subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Advantage+ product in our shop
  2. Add the item to your cart
  3. Proceed to payment by credit card. The subscription becomes effective upon receipt of the payment confirmation email.

You will immediately benefit from a 3-day free trial to test all the advantages!

What is the price of the subscription? Plus

The Advantage+ subscription costs €44.75 per month .

Enjoy a free 3-day trial to test all the benefits with no commitment. The subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial period.

How do I cancel my subscription? Plus

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Submitting a cancellation request via your member area
  • Contact our support team via the email address provided on the website
  • Via the cancellation form in the footer

Your subscription will be cancelled within 24 hours of your request.

Important: Requests received before the 15th of the current month will be processed that month. Requests received after the 15th will take effect the following month. If a payment has already been processed before your request is received, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current month.

How can I access Youscribe with my subscription? Plus

Once your Advantage+ subscription is active, you can generate your Youscribe access code from your member area .

Click on the "Generate my Youscribe code" button to get your unique code giving you access to thousands of magazines, e-books and audiobooks!

Account & Support
How do I log in to my account? Plus

Your login details are:

  • Your email address used when placing the order
  • Your order number (10 characters) is indicated in the confirmation email.

Go to the "My Account" page and enter this information to access your member area.

How do I contact customer support? Plus

I forgot my order number, what should I do? Plus

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after your purchase.

If you can't find it, check:

  • Your Spam/Junk Mail folder
  • Search for "order" or "Retroha" in your email inbox

If you still can't find it, contact our customer support with your email address and we will help you retrieve your order number.

General Questions
Do the products arrive in exactly the same color as in the photos? Plus

All product colors are reproduced as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Display settings for your screen
  • Your computer/smartphone resolution
  • Lighting conditions when taking the photo

We do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock? Plus

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock after you place your order:

  • We will contact you by phone or email
  • We offer you a similar item or a credit note.
  • If you wish, we will fully refund the item via your original payment method.
What should I do if I haven't received part of my order? Plus

If part of your order is missing, please check:

  1. Your shipping email : if your order is sent in multiple packages, you will receive multiple emails with different tracking numbers.
  2. The receipt/invoice in the bag : it indicates the items contained in this specific package
  3. The sticker on the packaging : it indicates whether the order has been split into multiple shipments.

If, after checking, any items are still missing, please contact our customer support immediately.

What is the warranty on the products? Plus

All our products benefit from the legal 2-year guarantee of conformity .

As an Advantage+ member, you benefit from an additional year of warranty , making a total of 3 years!

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformities.
