At AS Mind Srl , we believe in simplicity and transparency. If a product doesn't suit you, you can return it without having to give a reason. 

📅 Return period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return.  

📦 Return conditions

For your return to be accepted, the items must be:

  • 🆕 In perfect condition,
  • 🔖 Unworn, unwashed, unused.

Please include the following information in your package:

  • 👤 Name and surname
  • 📧 Email address used when placing the order
  • 📄 Order number (found in your confirmation email)

💸 Refund

Once the returned products have been validated, we will proceed with the full refund of the amounts paid (excluding return shipping costs), directly to the card used for the purchase.  

⏱️ The refund is processed within 7 days of receiving your package.  

🚚 Return fees

✅ FREE returns in the following cases:

  • 🔴 Defective or damaged product
  • ❌ Product does not match your order
  • 📦 Our mistake during sending

How to proceed?  Simply contact us by phone or email (details below), and we will arrange for the return to be taken care of free of charge for you.

For other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
