These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rules governing the relationship between AS Mind Srl , operator of the site Retroha and its customers, in the context of online sales of goods. By validating an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

🛒 What we offer
All products displayed on our website are presented with care: descriptions, images, features, and prices including VAT. In the event of a clear error, we may adjust or cancel the order.
🌍 Delivery area
We currently deliver to: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Any order outside these areas may be refused.
📝 How to order?
- Select your items and add them to the cart.
- Complete your shipping and billing information.
- Accept the terms and conditions by ticking the box provided.
- Proceed to payment via our secure solution.
- Receive your order confirmation, then a shipping notification.
📦 Availability & stock
All orders are processed subject to availability. In case of stock shortage:
- Before ordering: you are informed immediately.
- After ordering: a refund is issued within 30 days.
💳 Price & payment
Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Payment by bank card only (Visa, MasterCard), via a secure platform.
"Advantages+" subscription: By subscribing, you benefit from a 3-day trial period. At the end of this period, your subscription will automatically renew at the rate of € 44.75 per month, unless you cancel.
🚚 Delivery
Actual delivery: upon delivery of the package to the Customer.
Time limit : 5 to 7 business days.
In case of a delay exceeding 30 days: You have the option to request cancellation and a refund.
Costs : specified before final validation.
🌏 Product origin and international shipping
The items offered on the website are shipped directly from our logistics partners located outside the European Union, particularly in China. These arrangements do not affect the Customer's legal rights (legal guarantee of conformity, right of withdrawal, etc.).
🔁 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, from the date of receipt.
Send us a clear message or the standard form by mail or email. The product must be returned unused and complete. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective or damaged product, a product that does not match your order, or an error on our part during shipping, in which case the costs will be covered.
The refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
🛡️ Legal guarantees
Our products are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity for two years (articles L.217-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

In the event of a dispute, we always seek an amicable solution. If this fails, you can:

The terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law.
📌 Final clauses
- Communication between the parties is primarily via email.
- The invalidity of one clause does not affect the validity of the others.
- The titles are provided for illustrative purposes only.
