Welcome to the General Terms and Conditions of Service (GTC) offered by AS Mind Srl , site operator Retroha . These General Terms and Conditions describe the rules governing the subscription and use of our digital subscription services.
By subscribing to a subscription, you unconditionally accept these General Terms and Conditions.

📦 What the subscription includes
Your subscription gives you access to exclusive digital services, available from your personal space:
- 📚 Unlimited access to the Press Kiosk (via our partner YouScribe).
- 🎁 Discounts of up to 50% on products in our shop.
- 🚚 Free delivery on all your purchases.
- 🔐 An extended one-year warranty on all items ordered (excluding clothing and textiles, reserved for active subscriber customers).
The services are digital only, and activated as soon as your payment is validated.
Access to the Digital Kiosk can be activated at any time using an access code generated from your customer account .
🛒 How to subscribe
- Go to the "Subscription" section and add the Advantages+ subscription to your cart.
- At checkout, tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale and General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
- Make the payment via our secure platform.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your subscription is activated.
🔐 Creating and managing your account
Account creation is automatic. To log in to your customer account, you will need your email address and order number.
Only one account per person is allowed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
📅 Duration & renewal
Your subscription is monthly, automatically renewed each month.
You can cancel it at any time:
- 👤 Via your customer account. Log in to your customer account , in the Subscription section
- 🛑 Via the subscription cancellation form, located in the website footer
- 📩 By email to info@Retroha.com
- 📝 Via the contact form on the website
⚠️ Suspension or deactivation
We reserve the right to suspend an account in the event of fraud, non-payment, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. No compensation will be paid in this case.
💶 Pricing
- 🎉 Trial period: 3 days
- 💳 Monthly price: € 44.75
Payment is accepted exclusively by credit card, via a secure platform. No banking information is stored by AS Mind Srl .
In the event of a price change, you will be given two months' notice. You can then cancel freely.
🚀 Access to services
The services are immediately accessible from your account upon payment confirmation. No physical delivery is planned.
🛡️ Extended warranty
The one-year warranty extension is an exclusive benefit reserved for Active subscriber clients . This guarantee:
- ✅ Applies to all items ordered during the term of your subscription
- ❌ Does not cover clothing, textiles and personal hygiene items
- 🔄 Limited to 1 year from the expiry of the legal guarantee
To claim under this guarantee, contact our customer service department with your order number.
Right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 days To exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason, please contact us by email or via the contact form.
A full refund will be issued unless you activated the services immediately. In that case, a pro-rata refund will be applied.

⚖️ Disputes and applicable law
In case of disagreement, an amicable solution is always preferred. Failing that:

- 📧 Communication is primarily via email.
- 🧾 If one clause is declared invalid, the others remain valid.
